Endeavor Health is recruiting experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APNs/PAs) for immediate care positions in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Requirements

• Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL
• Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License
• Completion of master’s level program in specialty area
• BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum of two years APP experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
