Unique opportunity for an experienced PA or family practice NP or adult NP to provide weekend primary care in Elmhurst, IL.

Requirements

• Five years or more of experience in primary care required
• APNs: State of Illinois Registered Nurse license, current State of Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse license
• PAs: current NCCPA certification, current State of Illinois PA license
• Current CPR certification issued by either the American Heart Association
