Job Description
Lead Sterile Processing Tech responsible for assisting in running the department, providing sterile processed materials and equipment, and executing established procedures for decontamination and sterilization. Requires 2 years' experience in healthcare sterile processing and certification in CBSPD or CRCST.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or GED required
- Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) or Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) through Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (previously known as IAHCMM) upon hire
- Two (2) years' experience in healthcare sterile processing (or surgical/procedural area)
- Proficiency in Outlook Required
