Job Description
We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our Pediatrics team. As a Medical Assistant, you will perform clinical functions to enhance patient care, prepare patients for physical examination, and perform routine laboratory tests. You will work under the direction of a Supervisor and may perform phlebotomy and administer selected medications/injections. You will also perform clerical duties related to clinic operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified, Registered, and Clinical Certified Medical Assistants (CMA, RMA or CCMA) with 6 months of clinical experience
- Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association
