Job Description
The Mental Health Associate I provides direct patient care to patients with mental health disorders, facilitating groups and ensuring patient safety while maintaining a safe environment and documenting according to department/organization procedures.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a Behavioral Health related field, no previous experience or A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a non-Behavioral Health related field, a minimum of one year of behavioral health experience
- Maintain information as highly confidential
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and willingness to seek supervision
