Provides initial response to callers, conducts initial assessment, and schedules appointments. Registers, reviews, and corrects patient registration information. Verifies insurance coverage and eligibility, and responds to crisis calls.

Requirements

• A significant level of communication skills
• Some analytical ability
• Preferred: A minimum of one year of previous Business Office/Clinic experience
• Preferred: Previous insurance and managed care experience
