Patient Care Tech - Pulmonary Medicine Unit - Nights

The Patient Care Tech will perform patient care tasks and procedures under the direction of a Registered Nurse, working in a Pulmonary Medicine Unit with a higher acuity patient population.

Requirements

• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association
• Successful completion of an accredited nursing assistant training course or minimum six months of previous patient care experience or equivalent
• Successful completion of care Companion Course within six months of hire when course is required by the department
• Excellent interpersonal skills including teamwork, ability to prioritize, ability to receive and follow through on directions
