Job Description
Endeavor Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree, a current Illinois medical license, and Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine. Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree
- Current Illinois medical license
- Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine
- Current CPR certification or specialty specific advanced life support (ACLS, ATLS, PALS) certification
