Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician needed for a full-time position at Endeavor Health. The position offers a diverse and inclusive environment with a nationally recognized organization and integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with current license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois
- Graduate of accredited and recognized medical school
- Current CPR certification or specialty specific advanced life support (ACLS, ATLS, PALS) certification obtained through American Heart Association
