Job Description
Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician position at Endeavor Health with full-time 0.9 FTE, 32 patient-facing hours, and 4 hours of administrative time. Easy access for patients through integrated Epic EMR and experience a diverse and inclusive environment.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with current license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois
- Board certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
- Graduate of accredited and recognized medical school
- Current CPR certification or specialty specific advanced life support (ACLS, ATLS, PALS) certification obtained through American Heart Association
