Job Description
The RN Residency Program at Northwest Community Hospital offers a comprehensive training program for new graduate nurses. The program includes rotation through various medical/surgical clinical settings, supervised acquisition of skills, and training on clinical equipment. The program focuses on developing critical thinking, professional accountability, and responsibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Nursing (preferred)
- Internal and External candidates with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing may be considered.
- Current CPR issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse license
