Job Description
Quality Control Specialist responsible for ensuring new accounts and account maintenance are compliant and accurate, monitoring exception items, and providing operational support to branch staff.
Requirements
- Ensure new accounts, account maintenance, and supporting documents are compliant, accurate and meet Quality Control standards.
- Monitor and maintain exception items as it relates to account opening or maintenance procedures.
