Registered Dietitian

Registered Dietitian position available at NorWest Community Health Centres in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. The successful candidate will support integrated primary care through nutrition assessment, counselling, and education services, working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition with completion of a Dietitians of Canada–accredited internship program.
• Current registration in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario.
• Membership with Dietitians of Canada is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated experience in primary care, community health, or chronic disease management.
• Strong understanding of the social determinants of health and barriers impacting access to nutrition services.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, and group facilitation skills.
• Experience delivering virtual care and tele-nutrition services is an asset.
