Job Description
We are seeking a contract Registered Dietitian or Certified Diabetes Educator to provide individual and group diabetes education programs in a community-based, non-profit organization.
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian or Certified Diabetes Educator with current registration in good standing
- Experience in supporting individuals with complex chronic diseases
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teaching skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with an interprofessional team
- Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and electronic medical record system
