Job Description
Notable is a leading healthcare AI platform that transforms workforce productivity. We're seeking a dynamic and customer-facing Solutions Engineer to drive new business by helping healthcare organizations understand and adopt our AI platform.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS/PaaS
- Strong experience leading discovery and delivering demos in a presales environment
- Ability to translate complex customer workflows into clear, structured solution narratives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort engaging executive stakeholders
- Familiarity with healthcare systems (e.g., Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner) and concepts like HL7 and FHIR
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to map customer needs to platform capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced environment
