Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Manager (PPM) to grow patient referrals by building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers and their teams. The role requires a field-facing sales background, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to independently build and grow a territory from the ground up
• Strong professional presence and influence across the entire office
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
