
Job description
We are looking for a senior salesperson who thrives in complex Enterprise deals where every decision counts, where multiple decision-makers are involved, and success is determined by trust at the C-level. A role with clear ownership of the deal - from positioning and value argumentation to closing and establishing long-term customer relationships.
Deliver solutions that combine integration, process logic, mobility, and governance using Novacura's own-developed low-code platform Novacura Flow. Lead deals from the first strategic dialogue all the way to agreements and build long-term relationships with customers who see Novacura as a strategic partner for their ERP environment.
You will have the mandate to shape and drive Enterprise sales in earnest, thrive in environments where the business requires structure, patience, and gravitas, and build something that lasts over time, not maximize short-term hit rates.
