(Asst.) Director, Biomolecular Technologies

We're seeking an (Asst.) Director, Biomolecular Technologies to lead our biomolecular technology team and develop an advanced platform to enable target discovery in cardiometabolic diseases.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in chemistry, Biochemistry or relevant scientific disciplines.
• 10+ years of industrial experience and proven track record of therapeutic API discovery and development.
• Extensive hands-on experience in protein/peptide/Ab engineering, production and QC.
• Deep understanding of drug discovery and development value chain.
• Rich experience in drug molecule development in an industry setting.
• 5+ years of experience in people management, possess managerial experience, strategic leadership insights, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
