Operator Associate

Role Overview

Operate assigned Cup Forming Machines at required rate, perform maintenance tasks, and monitor machinery operations for quality and efficiency.

What You Will Do

Start and stop machines, perform line adjustments, maintain run efficiencies, and complete paperwork.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work overtime and off shifts as needed
• Must be able to stand for 8-12 hours
• Must be able to wear required PPE
• Machine operator experience or equivalent maintenance/mechanical experience
• Demonstrated mechanical experience required
• Good communication skills—written and verbal
• Basic math proficiency
• Ability to use tools as required
