Role Overview

Novolex is a leading manufacturer of food, beverage, and specialty packaging. The Operator Associate I (Machine Operator) will operate production equipment safely and efficiently, inspect product for defects, and pack product in correct configuration.

What You Will Do

Operate production equipment, inspect product for defects, pack product in correct configuration, perform quality checks, and ensure correct counts on various product sizes and packs.

Requirements

• At least one continuous year of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment

• Ability to follow standard work instructions
• Previous experience with measurement equipment is desirable but not required
