Customer Success Logistics Executive

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in account engagement or operation within logistics (preferably in freight forwarding or a relevant field)
• Good understanding of ocean freight processes and pricing structures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficient in using computers and familiar with Office programs and email
• Familiar with CRM software is a plus
• Must be open to traveling outside your city for customers meetings
• Ability to work under pressure and challenging goals
