Senior Customer Success Logistics Executive

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account engagement or operation within logistics (preferably in freight forwarding or a relevant field)
• Strong understanding of ocean freight processes and pricing structures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
