Job Description
Nowlun is seeking a Senior Customer Success Logistics Executive to strengthen client relationships and drive new business opportunities. The role involves leveraging technology to simplify shipping complexities and provide clients with real-time data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account engagement or operation within logistics (preferably in freight forwarding or a related field)
- Strong understanding of ocean freight processes and pricing structures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
