Nowlun, the first digital freight forwarder in the MENA region, is seeking a Customer Success Logistics Executive to strengthen client relationships and drive new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account engagement or operation within logistics (preferably in freight forwarding or a relevant field)
- Good understanding of ocean freight processes and pricing structures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in using computers and familiar with Office programs and email
- Familiar with CRM software is a plus
- Must be open to traveling outside your city for customers meetings
- Ability to work under pressure and challenging goals
