Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Officer Mozambique Mueda

The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Officer will be responsible for planning, conducting and reporting all M&E activities in the Mueda field office, ensuring proper monitoring and quality of program implementation, and contributing to the development of a data management system through documentation and coordination of standardized information flow of MEAL activities.

Requirements

• Adherence to NRC policies, guidance and procedures
• Implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities for projects in Mueda field office
• Coordinating process to establish program level M&E systems
• Ensuring proper functioning of the Complaint, Feedback and Response Mechanism at area level
• Providing regular progress reports to the Area Manager, Area Program Manager and MEAL Coordinator/Manager
• Supporting and contributing to the development of a data management system
• Supporting in developing data collection methodology and tools
• Capacity building and training of program staff on MEAL technical and conceptual areas
• Supporting in standardizing MEAL across projects
• Contributing to concept note and proposal development for MEAL sections
• Implementing surveys and assessments for all program core competencies
• Supporting in developing data collection methodology and tools and data storage systems
• Training and supporting programme staff on using data collection methodologies and tools
• Ensuring data verification, conducting data analysis, contributing to data report writing
• Tracking the progress of project output indicators
• Following up cases raised through the Complaints, Feedback and Response mechanism
• Completing ongoing mandatory trainings and following a custom professional development plan
