Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Lead to be an individual contributor building and scaling a new Inside Sales & Market Research team for pipeline development and revenue growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Inside Sales, Market Research, or Lead Generation
- 2+ years of team leadership experience, managing inside sales and/or research teams
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles lead qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC), and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo etc.)
- Experience in data-driven decision-making, research methodologies, and competitor analysis
