NuCO2 is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide strategic support to the organization, working closely with leadership to drive projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive employee relations experience and strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred
- Extensive employee relations experience
- Experience in the administration of Human Resources programs
- Demonstrated presentation skills and experience partnering with senior leadership
- Experience working independently and managing multiple projects and priorities
- Knowledgeable with Workers’ Compensation, FMLA, and LOA laws and best practices
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience gathering and interpreting data, writing reports and creating a communications plan to drive results
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
