Job Description
Civil/Structural Engineer 5 (Structural Design) job description: Performs civil structural design of Nuclear Safety-Related and Non-Safety-Related structures. Requires strong design background, proficiency in design of concrete and steel structures, and ability to lead technical activities.
Requirements
- Serves as subject matter expert in civil structural design areas
- Works on highly complex tasks in multiple and diverse areas
- Develops and reviews requirements documents, methodology documents, design reports, and studies
- Provides guidance and mentoring to other staff members
- Interfaces with NuScale Licensing in support of domestic and international regulatory efforts
- Interacts with other disciplines and structural engineering consultants
Benefits
- Target pay range $152,520 - $184,076 annually
- Full pay range $136,742 – $213,878 annually
- Annual target incentive bonus of 10% of base pay
