Requirements
- Define the customer success playbook
- Drive revenue through upsell opportunities, retention, and expansion
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape roadmap priorities
- Scale the customer success function and hire team members as needed
- Analyze usage patterns to identify risks and opportunities
- Create meaningful touchpoints throughout the customer journey
