Network Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a diligent and proactive Network Operations Specialist to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) to monitor, fix, and maintain the health of our network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and performance.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in a NOC, IT support, or network administration role
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Cisco Thousand Eyes, Dynatrace, Splunk)
• Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, routing, switching)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Superb communication and documentation abilities
