Job Description
We’re looking for a Network Operations Specialist to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) to monitor, fix, and maintain the health of our network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in a NOC, IT support, or network administration role
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Cisco Thousand Eyes, Dynatrace, Splunk)
- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, routing, switching)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Superb communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Industry certifications (CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent) preferred
