Network Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a Network Operations Specialist to join our Network Operations Center (NOC). This role is responsible for monitoring, fixing, and maintaining the health of our network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and performance.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in a NOC, IT support, or network administration role
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Cisco Thousand Eyes, Dynatrace, Splunk)
• Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, routing, switching)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Superb communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Industry certifications (CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent) preferred
