
Job description
Responsible for Daily Technical Operations including Application Management and Support for all Nasdaq provided services. This includes 24/7 Technical Operations and Application Support, managing Incidents for both internal and external customers, installing application updates and maintaining operational documentation and procedures.
Support and maintain Nasdaq’s Tempo Timesheets application deployed on the Nasdaq Global Jira. Provide end user support, maintain master data, add resources, build teams, and drive application improvements/automation.
We are looking for a team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, who enjoys working with users to tackle issues and work through business/system problems.
