Legal Counsel - Intellectual Property & Transactions

The Legal Counsel - Intellectual Property & Transactions position is responsible for overseeing the management of the Company's international intellectual property portfolio, providing strategic advice on trademark protection and licensing, and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with business teams.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA accredited law school
• Active and in good standing with at least one State Bar
• 8+ years of legal experience, including at least 5 years in intellectual property law in an in-house or law firm setting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and evaluation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong legal acumen with the ability to demonstrate sound judgment
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with business teams
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced, and often deadline-driven environment
