Job Description
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level customer service and support store management in accomplishing assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Follow and promote company customer service programs
- Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone
- Maintain and secure the cash drawer
- Process exchanges and returns for credit
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Assist with daily operational tasks
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
- Perform in-store services for customers
- Drive a delivery vehicle occasionally
