Job Description
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, support store management, and complete assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Follow and promote company customer service programs
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and assist with merchandise selection
- Provide excellent phone service to customers
- Accurately maintain and secure the cash drawer
- Process exchanges and returns
- Address customer complaints
- Perform daily operational tasks
- Operate brake lathe and store test equipment
- Perform in-store services for customers
- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle
