Parts Specialist

The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service, supporting store management and completing assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs
• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone
• Maintain and secure the cash drawer
• Process exchanges and returns for credit
• Address and resolve customer complaints
• Assist with daily operational tasks
• Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
• Perform in-store services for customers
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle
