Job Description
The Parts Specialist will provide retail and installer customers with high-level service, support store management, and complete assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Follow and promote all company customer service programs
- Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone
- Accurately maintain and secure the cash drawer
- Process exchanges and returns for credit
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Assist with daily operational tasks
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
- Perform in-store services for customers
- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle
