Provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, support store management, and complete assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Follow and promote company customer service programs
- Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection
- Assist managers and installer service specialists as needed
- Complete assigned company training
- Maintain cash drawer, accept payments, and process exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints and perform daily operational tasks
