Job Description
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level customer service to retail and installer customers and support store management. The position requires a high level of accuracy and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to provide friendly and professional service.
Requirements
- Follow and promote company customer service programs
- Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone
- Maintain and secure cash drawer
- Process exchanges and returns
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Perform daily operational tasks
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
- Perform in-store services for customers
