The Parts Specialist will provide high-level customer service to retail and installer customers, and support store management in assigned tasks. The role involves answering customer calls, maintaining cash drawers, processing transactions, and assisting with daily operational tasks.
Requirements
- Follow and promote company customer service programs
- Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Assist managers and installer service specialists with serving professional customers
- Maintain accurate records and secure cash drawers
- Process exchanges and returns, and address customer complaints
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
- Perform in-store services for customers (where state and local laws allow)
- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle
