The Parts Specialist will provide excellent customer service, assist store management, and complete assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Follow and promote company customer service programs
- Greet retail and installer customers in a friendly manner
- Assist managers and installer service specialists
- Complete assigned company training
- Maintain and secure cash drawer
- Process exchanges and returns
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Assist with daily operational tasks
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
- Perform various in-store services for customers
- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle
