The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, support store management, and perform various daily operational tasks.
Requirements
- Follow and promote all company customer service programs
- Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Assist managers and installer service specialists as needed
- Maintain and secure the cash drawer
- Process exchanges and returns for credit
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Perform various daily operational tasks
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
- Perform in-store services for customers
