Parts Specialist

The Parts Specialist will provide high-level customer service to retail and installer customers, support store management, and complete assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Follow and promote company customer service programs
• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner
• Assist managers and installer service specialists
• Provide excellent service to customers over the phone
• Maintain and secure cash drawer
• Process exchanges and returns
• Address and resolve customer complaints
• Assist with daily operational tasks
• Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
• Perform in-store services for customers
