The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service and support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Follow and promote all company customer service programs
- Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone
- Accurately maintaining and securing the cash drawer
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Assist with the completion of daily image maker, and planogram updates
- Perform various daily operational tasks
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
- Perform various in-store services for customers
