The Parts Specialist will provide high level service to retail and installer customers, support store management, and perform various operational tasks.
Requirements
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service (desired)
- ASE certification (desired)
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
