The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to customers and support store management in assigned tasks, including promoting company customer service programs and assisting with daily operations.
Requirements
- Follow and promote all company customer service programs
- Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner
- Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone
- Maintain and secure the cash drawer
- Process exchanges and returns for credit
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Assist with daily image maker, planogram updates, and inventory tasks
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
- Perform in-store services for customers
- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle
