Provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, support store management, and perform various operational tasks.
Requirements
- Follow and promote company customer service programs
- Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection
- Provide excellent service to customers over the phone
- Maintain and secure cash drawer
- Process exchanges and returns
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Perform various daily operational tasks
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
- Perform in-store services for customers
- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle
