The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, support store management, and complete assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Follow and promote all company customer service programs
- Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in their selection of merchandise
- Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone
- Accurately maintain and secure the cash drawer
- Process exchanges and returns for credit
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Assist with daily image maker, planogram updates, and operational tasks
