Parts Specialist

The Parts Specialist will provide retail and installer customers with a high level of service, support store management, and perform various daily operational tasks.

Requirements

• Follow and promote company customer service programs
• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly and courteous manner
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone
• Maintain and secure the cash drawer
• Process exchanges and returns for credit
• Address and resolve customer complaints
• Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates
• Perform various daily operational tasks
